I'm trying something new this month... I don't know if this will end up being less expensive or not, but I noticed something at the beginning of last month... Lots of left-overs, lots of waste... Although I always plan on left-overs for lunch, it seemed we weren't very conscious of eating them until it was gone. Well, no more waste! I am going to attempt to do things the "Robin Miller" way. Make a meal on Sunday or Monday, and make the left-overs into different meals all week!

Tuesday: Salad w/ Thinly sliced beef
Wednesday: Roast Beef Sandwiches
Thursday: Open-faced Pot Roast Sandwich
Friday: Hot Dog/Hamburger/Grilled Cheese??
