Day One: Monday
Today I have made sugar cookie dough, chocolate sugar cookie dough, nutter butter truffles, and half the oreo truffles ... the other half are ready to be dipped in white chocolate, but I'm not melting the white chocolate yet. so in the refrigerator it all goes :)
I am currently struggling with making chocolate shells, I've never done it before, so i think i'm going to be buying alot more chocolate, the first set was not so successful, however i did it (it just doesn't look so hot) so I will be melting them down again, and trying again. Wish me luck!
I'm gonna take a break and relax - then its time to get to cleaning! Stay tuned...
I'll post the recipes for the cookies and truffles later.
